Who we are and how to contact us
Zestipop is operated by Smartbiz Labs. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit zestipop.com, shop with us, create an account or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, email zesty@zestipop.com and include “Privacy” in the subject line.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, email, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, account details, products and options ordered, and information you send when requesting support.
- Order and payment information: order history, purchase totals, payment status, transaction references, refunds and delivery updates received from our payment and fulfillment providers.
- Website information: IP address, browser and device details, pages or products viewed, referring website or campaign, and technical or security logs. Cookies and similar technologies help operate the cart, checkout and sign-in.
- Reviews: if you leave a product review, we receive its content, rating and the information in the review form. Your displayed name and review may be public; do not include private information in a review.
Card details are entered through our payment provider’s payment fields. Full card numbers and security codes are handled by the payment provider, rather than stored by Zestipop. Please do not email us card details or account passwords.
How we use information
We use information to manage your account, process payments, produce and deliver orders, send order updates, respond to questions, handle returns and refunds, maintain business records, prevent fraud and protect the website. Authorized store administrators and service providers access information needed for these tasks.
We also use store reports and order-attribution information to understand sales and how customers reach our store. Placing an order does not automatically subscribe you to promotional email. If you choose to receive promotional messages, you can unsubscribe using the instructions in those messages.
Who receives information
- Payments: WooPayments and its payment partners, including Stripe, receive information needed to process payments, verify transactions and prevent fraud. If you choose WooPay, that service also processes the information needed for its checkout. See the Automattic privacy policy and Stripe privacy policy.
- Production and delivery: Printify, the relevant print providers and delivery carriers receive the order and contact details needed to produce, ship and support your purchase.
- Website operations: hosting and email providers, including Hostinger, and website maintenance, backup, security and support services process information needed to operate the store. Technical logs or diagnostics may be shared when needed to investigate a problem.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to investigate fraud, resolve a dispute or protect legal rights. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
Cookies and online tracking
We use cookies or similar storage for your cart, checkout, account login, preferences and security. WooCommerce order-attribution cookies temporarily record referral or campaign information and activity during a visit. If you place an order, relevant attribution details are saved with that order to help us understand what brought you to the store.
Payment services may use their own cookies and technical identifiers for checkout and fraud prevention. Their collection and use, including across sites using their services, are described in their policies linked above.
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings, although some shopping features may stop working. Our storefront does not currently change its operation in response to the legacy “Do Not Track” browser setting. This does not limit privacy choices or rights available under applicable law; contact us with a request.
Keeping information and protecting it
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including order support, accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the information and why we hold it. Account details remain while an account is active unless changed or deleted; reviews may remain until removed. Some information may remain in backups until those backups are replaced.
We use safeguards to protect information, but no website, storage system or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy requests
Email zesty@zestipop.com to ask what information we hold about you or to request access, a copy, correction or deletion. You can also update available account details through My account. Rights vary by location and applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may retain records needed for legal, security or transaction purposes. We will explain any limitation that applies.
Where applicable law allows you to withdraw consent, object to processing or make a complaint, contact us to discuss your request. Withdrawing information needed to fulfill an order may affect our ability to complete it.
