Shopping with Zestipop
Please read these terms, our Shipping & Returns policy and our Refund and Returns Policy before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms that apply at that time. You must have the legal capacity to make the purchase or the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Product information
Our products are made to order. Please review each product’s description, measurements, size guide and available options before purchasing. Product images may include mockups. Screen settings and printing processes can cause small differences in color or appearance; this does not affect your rights if an item is defective, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Review the item price, shipping charges, any taxes displayed and the final total at checkout before submitting your order. Available payment methods appear at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and delivery details and for using a payment method you are authorized to use.
Orders and availability
Your order confirmation records the order details. If a product becomes unavailable, a material listing error affects your order, or we cannot fulfill it, we will contact you using the details you provided. We will explain the available options and refund any payment for items we cannot supply. We will not substitute a different product or charge an additional amount without your agreement.
Production and delivery
We currently accept delivery orders to the United States and Canada. Products may be produced and shipped by fulfillment partners, and items in the same order may arrive separately. Production and transit estimates are separate and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for production estimates, tracking, delivery and possible import charges. Contact us promptly if an order is delayed, missing or cannot be delivered so we can investigate and explain the next steps.
Changes, cancellations and returns
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible; we will confirm whether your request can be completed.
Because products are made to order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for an incorrectly selected size or color, subject to your mandatory consumer rights. If an item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Using our website and designs
Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse another person’s information. Website text, artwork, designs and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Purchasing a physical product does not grant permission to reproduce its artwork for commercial use.
Your consumer rights and resolving problems
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. If a mandatory consumer right conflicts with these terms or a linked policy, that right applies. Please contact zesty@zestipop.com if you have a concern so we can help resolve it.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. The date above identifies the latest update.
